In case of any mistake in shipment or defective products, e-Minis quarantees the resolution with no aditional expenses for you. To make a return, send an e-mail to pedidos@e-minis.net.
e-Minis is not responsible in any other case derivated from bad use of our products (including unpacking), so we recomend you to have extreme care when you open or manipulate the shipment.
To return a product, it must be in the sames conditions that it had when you received it, conserving original packing and wreappers. We will not accept any return of sealed products wich have been openend
In case of receiving the shipment in bad conditions you must not acept it and you should make a complaint, communicating it to us.
You have got a term of 7 days from shipment reception to make any complaint. You should send it to atencionalcliente@e-minis.net, indicating your data and order number.
Our store is completly computerized, and our staff knows perfectly miniatures matters, so it iss really hard to make a mistake. Furthermore, we take photos of every shipment before sending it for quality questions, so it is really difficult for false complaints to go on.
e-Minis hopes to resolve any problem in a friendly way. In case of this is not possible, any dispute will be put under Tribunal of La Linea de la Concepción`s jurisdiction for resolution.
